Scott was pleasant and polite. He did a great job fixing my fridge. It took a few trips with ordering various parts, but he got it done! It ended up being a clogged vents, which is on the bottom left and right sides under the vegetable/fruit drawers. This is an LG refrigerator. Nothing was visibly blocking it, it was internal. Some refrigerators have the vents on the back wall with a filter cover, not the bottom. I will never buy one that has the vents without filters, and they need to be on the back wall. It's where the fan has to pump cold air through, so it doesn't make sense not to have a screen/filter of some sort over the elongated openings!

Don was by far the best technician that you have sent out. He was very knowledgeable and corrected several items the past technician did not do and the dPlacing the water line back in the support bracket will take the pressure off the water line connecting fitting. He also put the front leveling foot which the first technician knocked off and said he couldn't put it back. I would request Don back for any future service an excellent employee to have
