Kylen was great. The Sears Home Service communications was terrible. Scheduling required giving up an entire day to accommodate Sears. The first day no one showed. The second day the time of arrival consistently changed so that it was unreliable. No way to contact Kylen or vice versa.

I'm so thankful to have found a reliable company that I can call for a variety of home repairs. Every time I have called Sears, they have provided top notch customer service and solved the issue at hand. Today was no different. Cliff arrived on time and was incredibly friendly and professional. He was methodical and intentional in replacing a part for my LG oven. He took his time to make sure everything functioned as it should before leaving and reviewed the home warranty program. This level of kindness and professionalism has been consistent across all my calls to Sears. It means a lot to be able to count on skilled people like Cliff — thank you!!
