Mr Anthony was very efficient , courteous , clean , well informed and made sure I was aware of every step of what he was doing. Then he made sure I was satisfied. Mr Anthony worked for me on my fridge before and his work ethic has not changed. I will always look for him. It is terrible that you said you didn't have a tech in this area.

This was the 2nd time James had to come to our residence to perform a repair on our washer. James is very polite, explained what how the repair would be completed, and then tested. James had kept us posted on what time he would be at our location and then was able to come early due to a cancelation. He is the BEST!
