Jeremiah was polite, clean and knowledgeable. He is a very good worker. Please note:The same work order number was used after the initial repair, which caused later appointments to be cancelled and marked "Closed." Took us two cancelled appointments to get a new work order number.

Professional and knowledgeable. We have had Christopher on several jobs and have never been disappointed with his knowledge about our appliances. He solved our issue on our LG refridgerator when the other technician couldn't. I would definitely use him again if we had another issue.

Washer was a tricky challenge. Dryer was simple maintenance. Sears sent Joel to figure out the machines. His 30 years of experience were very useful. Good man. I was delighted with the results. Price was as estimated prior to Joel arriving. I was pleased with the Sears/Joel experience. A very good man.
