Joshua is an employee that sears should hold on to, very professional. As far as Sears goes not happy. It took a month to the day to get this refrigerator fixed because of waiting for parts. Joshua had to come back to our home 3 different times. I will not use or recommend them anyone. When using our home warranty for now on I will never use Sears for any kind of repair in the future.
