Our technician, Tim, kept us informed of his arrival time and was quick to identify the problem with our faulty, nearly new LG Refrigerator. He ordered the failed part replacement and confirmed his return date to install it. Tim arrived on time, worked very quickly and returned our faulty LG refrigerator to working order in no time. I would have Tim back anytime!
