I was not home for the repair. Juan worked with my 84 year old mother and myself on the phone. I was very impressed with his communication skills. He did an incredible job fixing all of the items the last surface rep from a different company left in disarray. My refrigerator looks and sounds perfect again. Would definitely request him. Thanks to Sears virtual assistant in ordering the correct parts for my range and having them delivered prior to my scheduled repair date. Patrick installed the new parts and now my range and oven are working again. Patrick was personable, knowledgable and efficient. So glad he provides repair services in our area.
