My repairman was timely, professional and took the time to explain what broke and what he was doing to fix the problem. he also explained why our freezer drawer kept falling out easily. he did not pressure me into buying anything . The drain hole in the seal was plugged and so I called and they sent out someone really fast and he unplugged it within 15 minutes. Awesome service!
