Derrick listened to what I explained was happening and he knew exactly what had happened. I had a leak in a hose on washing machine. Came back a week later, once I had the part and now repaired. He answered all my questions and didn't seem annoyed.

He really tried to do his job he was great The only problem I have is with your phone service I have this going on since may 7 and it is still not resolved it is about 1 1/2 month without a microwave I think that is a little bit too long please try to resolve it sooon

I don't know what happened to sears, but the customer service is terrible! I have used A&E for years but something has drastically changed. I paid up front for my service and parts on June 27th. My appointment was canceled multiple times, last minute. Parts were not shipped and customer service just gave me a run around. I finally received my repair after an entire month without my refrigerator. It's no wonder you wait on hold forever for someone to pick up. ( in India not the U.S.) They never help anyone so everyone is always calling. Absolutely worst experience of my life. I would not recommend at all.
