Austin did a great job. He has a wonderful attitude and even when the wrong part was sent he didn't get frustrated. The was the second visit wit correct part and he quickly installed the part and got the fridge working. He was very neat and left no mess. 5 stars

All I can say and need to say is this! Although I have never met Drew prior to today, he was simply outstanding. The bottom drawer of my refrigerator was completely iced up and the door would hardly close. Drew was very patient and kind with this 75-year-old man. He examined and then explained the situation. He solved the problem and informed me as to what to do if the situation or anything else were to occur. Drew is not only efficient, but proficient as well. Thank You Drew!!!
