The service by the techs were fantastic. The call center and dispatchers are the worse I never even began to imagine. They loose numbers and work orders. they loose addresses and time schedules. they loose names and appointments.

Every part of the experience of the repair of my washing machine was ideal. The appointment occurred within 17 hours of my calling. I was notified of an accurate time of arrival. The problem was quickly diagnosed and later confirmed during the repair process. The part was immediately available so a second trip wasn't necessary. Simon was completely polite, professional and efficient. The machine seems to be working normally post-repair. This was a very good result!
