I was told that fixing my dryer would take 1 visit because the technician would have everything he needed to fix my dryer on his truck. This was NOT true. It took 2 visits!! I did complete the pre-visit survey but the technician said that he had not received that information. It included information about the problem with the dryer, etc.

John was very good at letting me know when he was going to arrive. For some reason Sears changed my appointment time from morning to late afternoon without telling me, so I appreciate his willingness to keep me updated on his arrival time.

We were updated all day regarding Rob's arrival time and he arrived as expected. Rob was very professional, personable and very respectful of our home and wore booties. Rob assessed the issued we were having with our gas range very quickly, had the part needed in his truck and fixed the problem all within an hour. Excellent service!
