Ahmad was very courteous and told me problem. Helped me remove food from freezer and told me to leave appliance off for 24 hours. He laid towels in freezer and under the door to catch the melting ice. I appreciate his assistance. The noise has stopped and I returned the food back in freezer. Thank you for his service.
