This was the second time John was to my home. On his first visit he addressed the problem, ordered the parts (he did order the parts) and said he would return in 2 weeks to install the need replacement part. That's when the horrible service from Sears or whoever you are at this time began. Multiple calls to you 1800 number, lengthy hold time, speaking to people in India and Mexico who yes you to death, transfer you to one person to another department to another person and it wasn't until I threaten a person on 7/16/2024 that I was writing to the New Jersey Attorney General Office to file a formal complaint I got a case number. In fact, when I asked when was the last date of my problem, I was told 7/2/2024. At that time, ONE MONTH no dishwasher. I wanted to know the status......replacement parts or a new dishwasher. The stories ranged from looking for the parts, to parts not available, we have to replace the dishwasher. Not to mention, stupid person sent me the e-mail sent to me in June confirming John's order for parts. I had to call back in another week to speak to some else. I spoke to another person in Management Force & Team Mgt who said records noted of last emergency call. Again dishwasher was to be replace and someone would call to discuss replacement. Suddenly, parts began to arrive. You people provide horrible service, you don't know you head from your ass and an outside state agency should look into your business practices. Having work in business for 40 years, I have never experienced such BAD SERVICE. I also have complete documentation of names, times, date, duration spent with each person I spoke to on every call. The State of Florida Attorney General's Office needs a detailed letter of complaint as does the State of New Jersey Attorney General's Office. I was without a dishwasher for 7 weeks!!! John was out today 7/31/2024, installed the new part, arrived at time promised, knew what he was doing , was pleasant. Kudus to him.
