The technician approach was great, because he started with the basics which are determining the next steps of repair. The "repair" was extremely simple: plug out and plug in the washer. After this simple operation the washer started to work as new, as it does normally on every day basis. Not complicated "repair". Thanks to good technician knowledge I know that I do not have think about buying next one. However, the question is why I had to wait 2 weeks for this visit and worrying about the costs? My strong recommendation for future to the manufacturer and service is to include in the manual and the other communication with the service agency this simple and basic suggestion: plug out and plug in a unit and then see how it behave. It would save for all interested in the subject: time, money, and worries. Especially to service aggency it would give better reputation.
