Issac was very professional and explained everything to me. I appreciate the professionalism I experienced thru sears home services. Not to be confused with sears warranty. Watch out. Watch out for that group. They out source the jobs. So you never know who will do the repair.

We had two other tech service people look at this washer and Matthew was the only one to diagnose and fix the problem. Matthew is professional and polite in his manner with customers; and obviously knows what he's doing.
