Jeff was great. However. Taking 6 weeks to do this was unacceptable. Multiple last minute cancellations after time taken off with no human to ask questions to is ridiculous. AI is all you get and it sucks. Will never use again.

Rancarlos called when he was 15 minutes away. After he arrived and I explained what was happening with my freezer, he examined it and detected the problem immediately. He was polite, professional and more than proficient, fixing my freezer in about 20 minutes leaving no mess for me to clean. I'd say that is exceptional service.

Your customer service at sears is atrocious. We waited all day yesterday and had the service pushed all day w no notice then no showed at 7pm. No phone number and worthless chat bot. Today Ahmed was incredible when he showed up a true professional.
