Efficient and Patient!
Ricky was very kind and efficient while repairing our washer! We had lots of kiddos running around and it was a bit chaotic, but he was patient and great to work with! We knew the issue with our machine, but just didn't have the confidence to fix it ourselves. He made the process quick and easy!

The dispatch center is horrible. I was supposed to have both a refrigerator and a dishwasher repair the same day. Because I scheduled it for a day off of work. Parts were ordered for the refrigerator and technician dispatched on the wrong day. No part were ordered for the dishwasher so the technician just confirmed what I had called the repair in for. Then needs to order parts and make another appointment. So yet several additional days off to sit around and wait for an appointment window of 9 hours.
