Kevin is a very knowledgeable and friendly service Tech. Kevin came over to install the new parts that was ordered to repair the washing machine that have been down going four weeks. And once he finished installing all the parts on the washing machine he started to checked out the dryer that another service technician could not fix. Kevin did diagnostic check on the dryer and found out all it was The igniter so he ordered one and should be in on Thursday. Good job Kevin Thanks, E.W. Williams
