John did a thorough job replacing the fan in my refrigerator. He also did an extra step in checking my freezer. Very pleased with the time he spent to ensure everything was working well. John also cleaned up the area.

Rennie, was extremely good at detecting the issue. He immediately did a great job and didn't make me feel like I was some dumb person who can not clean the clogged plug. However, the design of the LG should be improved. I will not recommended buying this Refrigator. Would not buy it again!
