The communication is at the very high level. Once the appointment is scheduled (shout out to Lycia I believe, whom scheduled it), receiving a text message with a confirmation and an interactive map to know when the technician is coming helps stay productive as well as prepare the working area for the technician. Ramin was able to diagnose the problem and fix it on spot within the first service visit. Very happy with the overall experience with Sears and A & E Factory Service.

I told Byron the problem with my refrigerator. Sent my serial number and pictures. He came with the part and kept me informed of his arrival time and date. He was very efficient and polite and took care of it promptly. He is awesome!!

I appreciated Jim's kindness he showed to my very social and excited dogs as he worked through his diagnosis. I felt he respected my home while being easy to casually chat with. Problem solved and Jim kept me posted throughout the day on his timeline. I was his 7th client at 2:45. He let me know asap when he could estimate an exact time of arrival.
