It is apparently almost impossible to speak with a human being when trying to make or get information on a repair appointment. We had an appointment scheduled for Thursday 8/22/24 and nobody showed up. NO call, text, anything! I actually spoke with a woman that night and she said she would put in to have them come the next day. Again, no show, no communication. I kept calling and all I got was the same old menu selection which did not include speaking with a person. BAD BUSINESS! UNHAPPY CUSTOMER! Also not a good idea to have your service reps try to sell a customer something more when they didn't get what they already purchased! Technician was great. My complaint is with the scheduling and customer service system. You need to have a human available if requested.

It was good, However the issue remains the same 2 attempts with some one else. Can I have a new referigstor or money towards one. I still didn't have a working fridge for 3 months it's been rough not having a fridge. Thank you
