Andrew was very prompt and very efficient with examine and testing the wash machine. He told me that the calcium build up on the odor had disrupted the seal and caused the water to leak from the basin and not only got rid of the build up, but gave m3 advice on how often to run a cleaning cycle on the machine and how often I should remove the build up. 5 exceptional stars!
