Could not have ask for better. He identified the problem quickly but took the time, though it was late in the day, to make sure there were no other issues. He placed the correct order and, even though the office erroneously thought the parts had not arrived, we called Ricky and he was able to fit us in on the same day. He had the right equipment from steamers to a vacuum as well as the regular tools. Upon finishing the installation he identified a maintenance issue, fixed it and told us how to avoid it in the future. He also informed us about other problems he's seen with our brand of refrigerator and how to deal with them. Then he performed a complete cleanup. Could not have asked for more.
