I was notified about the technician's approximate arrival time from about 9 a.m. So I wasn't waiting to see if he would actually arrive between 8 and 12. Arrival time was updated periodically. Andre called when he was on his way and arrived right around the specified time. He diagnosed the problem with my icemaker quickly and fixed it quickly too. He was neat while working, and cleaned up the water that was leaking. He even removed the door shelf to prevent more water from getting on the jars. He was personable, efficient and quick. I was very happy with his work!
