My dishwasher gave us a list of issues with multiple visits with additional parts, but Jarrod was always great. He's a wonderful technician. And, my dishwasher is finally fixed like new!

He was polite and as far as I know everything will be working. We've been without a fridge/freezer for a month. It would have been nice to have an email sent explaining that there were only 3 parts when I was told there was supposed to have 4 parts. The job could have been done sooner had I known. Joel did a good job.
