He came out to try and fix our refrigerator but unfortunately due to age of unit he was not able to fix it because the parts were no longer available. He said he would call us back within a few hours to let me know what our home warranty said and he called within 20 minutes with there response. They advised they were not going to try and search for parts on this old of a refrigerator and that replacement is what needs to be done and they would contact me by the end of the day. I hope Sears would always send someone who is a professional. Not from a third party company. It's a big difference because the sears technician knows his stuff and performs efficiently like the one I got today . The customer would not complain because you're dealing with a professional.
