Washer Repair
Replaced water pump and three Damper shocks - everything seems to be working ok. Just put in a trial large load that was not working before. Mohammad and his partner were professional left a clean workplace. On another note - as a customer I am frustrated that, when I can't get your AI system to answer a question or help with scheduling, I can't talk to a real person. In the past when I had scheduling or other issues, I could talk to a customer service representative who could give me good answers. Your AI system only gives me a few issues that can be discussed - none of which fit why I am calling. The AI assistant should allow me to call a real customer service representative. Surely you can afford to have one person available 24/7 to talk to customers across the US.

The service guy, Gary, was thorough, professional, and very clear in his explanations of what was wrong and what could go wrong soon. He also brought to light a couple of items we had not realized concerning our options. Though we decided not to go with the repair and to buy new, we would call on Sears again for service for our LG appliances.
