Outstanding service
David did an outstanding job. He explained that the problem was a bad circuit breaker 2 pole, 240 amp circuit breaker. I should receive a call letting me know when an electrician will come out to make that change.

The technician was great! Fixed the problem with 15 minutes. However the day before I was give an 8am to 12 noon time frame of when a technician would show up and nobody came or called until after 1:30 PM. I wasted an entire morning waiting around. That deserves an "F" rating because no phone call, text, or email was initiated.
