Rodney was not able to provide the service. It was denied by the company because it was still under Manufacturer's warranty. However, he was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. It was not his fault that he could not perform the service. I have extended warranties with Assurance and Allstate. Assurance was so much better than my Allstate experience.
