Excellent service!
Ronald did a great job with servicing our LG refrigerator/freezer. He explained the problem and the repairs completely. He called ahead to let us know he was on his way so that we could have our dogs put inside upon arrival. He was very friendly and I highly recommend him to other customers.

Artez did everything correctly & efficiently. He was kind & courteous. He completed the job in a timely manner. I want to let Sears know that Artez was delayed in getting to his next destination due to anm issue that my credit union has resolved. He waited patiently while I was trying to figure out what was happening with my account before I called the branch. He did everything correctly. Artez was also presentable and in uniform. He went beyond repairing the issue with my dryer. He didn't leave my laundry room in any dissaray. I highly recommend him.
