Repair washer and add new parts
The repair person Frank, was fantastic— had a lot of knowledge of the washer to repair and add new parts. Very nice with mannerisms. Explained how the new parts worked and any issues with the new parts which was none…. Dressed professionally…. Super person ……

Within 1 day my washer is fixed, nothing more frustrating than broken appliances. The part needed was available and on hand so I wasn't without a washer for a day. The next day service was lucky and great timing but I'm extremely happy. Keep up the great customer service! 😊

Don't get me started on the booking process of Sears, but once that was all settled the actual experience was terrific. Todd ruled. Would use again, even though I try to use local companies, god dang it was tough finding someone to fix a wall mounted oven
