Good technician. Bad repair.
Blake was very nice and promptly and efficiently installed the parts that had been mailed to me. He kindly answered all my questions. The only problem is that apparently those parts weren't what is wrong with my washer. As soon as he left I washed a load and it did the same thing. But Blake was great.
