It took 2 visits, but he was able to diagnose & fix our refrigerator from chiming repeatedly & made sure our ice/ H2O dispenser were able to do their jobs before he left! He was super nice & explained how everything was fixed and what to look for incase any other issues come up! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

4 years nothing but problems . On going bandages for a fix that last about 2 to 3 months. Service techs say it's one of the worst refrigerators Samsung has . Stay away from the ice maker on top . There junk!
