Phil went above and beyond to make sure my washer was repaired correctly. A wrong part was originally sent but Phil made sure the correct part was reordered and came back promptly to complete the repair! Very appreciative!

Cornelius did a great job on my dryer. After 3 months of waiting for a service call, my tenants complaining, and being bumped off the schedule several times, they finally sent Corn to set thingsstraight. If after 3 months no one showed up, I was ready to cancel my Home Servicecontract.
