Mark was very knowledgeable and provided us excellent service in helping us to decide whether to repair or replace our 9 year old refrigerator that quit working. He provided us with costs and risks associated with each option. Sears was also very quick and efficient in helping set up the appointment within one day of when our refrigerator went out.
