Aref was very professional. He arrived to install a part previously ordered by another technician, and discovered it was the incorrect part. He apologized and ordered the correct part. The item arrived a few days later, and even though the repair service calendar was booked out three weeks, he worked us into his schedule ahead of time and repaired our dishwasher a week in a half early.
