Sears Appliance Repair was referred to me by another appliance repair company. Said that they are way more qualified than they were for the service I needed. Appointment was made and Sediq the service tech was out at the best time that was available for me. He checked out and had an answer for me quick, found the parts and within three days had me going again. Super nice, super courteous and explained everything to me in detail. Would highly highly recommend! Only use Sears as long as I have appliances. Top-notch.

The service provided was outstanding. Orett actually got to my home ahead of schedule; he was fully aware of the work that had been done on the prior service call by Garth (and the two of them spoke a short while before Orett got to my house). He completed the repair work promptly and my wife and I couldn't be happier.
