The techncian was great. The system was lacking. I set the appointment for 10/2/. I received messages that i could move the time up. I said i would move up the time but the system didn't register it and asked me again a few days later. Then the day of the appointme t came and no call and no techincian. So then a message said the appointment was today so the tech texted around 3 and came and fixed the washer

Shane was very knowledgeable of the problems I was having with my dishwasher. He was able to diagnose the two problems I was having , order the appropriate parts and repair the unit quickly and efficiently. In addition he was friendly and personable while being extremely professional. Surely a valuable asset to your organizations team
