My wife and I cannot be more pleased with the service from Preston. Preston is very knowledgeable about our product. He is well mannered, clean cut, efficient, prompt, dressed nicely, and provides the information one needs to know about their product and the cost of repairs. Thanks to Preston we do not have to purchase a new refrigerator. The cost of the repair is reasonable, and Preston gave us our options without pressure to choose any of the options he proffered. Very happy with the Sears service, especially Preston.
