I reached out to Sears Home Services when I was having issues with my washer on a Saturday evening and was able to get an appointment on Monday. The technician, Ken, arrived timely and quickly diagnosed the issue with my LG washer. Thankfully he had a replacement part on the truck and in under an hour I was able to wash clothes again. Would definitely use Sears Home Services again.

Emmanuel arrived in the afternoon and he waded right into my concerns about my 3 year old LG three door refrigerator. He asked questions and I answered them, I asked questions and he answered them. Quickly I knew he was leading me through the issues and he came to the conclusion of what has causing my issues and made me feel very comfortable and happy that there were no big issues with my refrigerator. I was pleased to have used Sears and more pleased that they has sent Emmanuel to be my repair guy. Thanks Sears...
