This is the 2nd time Nick came to service my LG dryer. I hope replacing this 2nd part will remedy the dryer problem. If not, I believe Nick and the other technician has done all that can be done to get the dryer to work effectively.

Arrived on time, performed the diagnostics in A very professional manner. Communicated the information/estimate in a concise manner. Communication with the customer was exemplary. Walked the customer through what they could perform (cleaning the coils on a regular basis). Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.

VISH was great. He explained everything thoroughly. He took time to make sure we understood everything happening to our microwave. We were very discouraged trying to deal with your AI system. It was very frustrating working with the AI system on the phone. We were happy to see a live tech at our door.

With the exception of Richard's work, from the beginning this experience has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Between LG dragging their feet scheduling repair warranty work to Sears EXTREMELY POOR customer service I am extremely frustrated with this experience. The first tech tried to tell me nothing wrong with machine and was going to leave. Until my husband INSISTED he look more then he found issue. Told me part was ordered. It was not. Unable to reach A PERSON at Sears to find out status. Your "virtual assistant " process both phone and Chat is the worst I have ever encountered. The only good thing about this experience was that Richard appeared to know what he was doing and had attempted to repair machine as soon as he possibly could. He was friendly and efficient; understanding regarding my extreme frustration and tried to do what he could to waste as little MORE of my time away from work as possible. He gets very high ratings in my opinion but your overall process gets as low as possible. It is AWFUL and should be remediated. I will be reporting to LG the customer service experience trying to get answers to a problem.
