I have been so happy with Lani and her service that she provided fixing my refrigerator. She was kind, considerate, and followed up quickly. I wish Sears repair had more people like Lani and less AI. The AI is so impersonal and does not help the customer. You need to replicate Lani since she is so AMAZING!
