I shared with Andrew about impossibility of removing agitator plate and he tried the same. He recommended that I run several cycles of tub cleaning using Affresh to try get the tub clean. He did a great job cleaning the dryer.

Joe is one of the 4 techs that have come out to work on my oven. He is very professional and works hard to solve the problem. Two days after he came out, i went to bake bread. Unfortunately, his hard work did NOT solve the problem. Stove still doesn't maintain its temperature.

Rudy was great! I didn't appreciate the dozens of emails as reminders. Got a text this morning that my appointment from 1-5pm was happening at 11am which was erroneous and impossible for me. The many, many emails was way to much when one or two would have sufficed.
