Adair F did a good job and was friendly and courteous. We had been waiting for days for a technician. Sears Home Services is one of the worse I have experienced. We kept getting bumped. Most infuriating is the built-in inability to reach a live customer service agent to help solve problems. This is not the fault of the technician. It is a problem with the automatic scheduling system and possibly overbooking of technicians. Nevertheless Adair, understanding our predicament, was able to rearrange his schedule to fit us in. Thumbs up for Adair, two thumbs down for corporate Sears Homer Services.

Mark did a great job in diagnosing the problem with our frozen fridge icemaker. Also took care of a tubing leak with the water supply. Then cleaned out the very compact cooling coils to both our fridge. Answered all my concerns and I decided to open up a warranty program with him as well. Hope we can continue to be serviced by him with future issues.
