He knows what he's doing and has a wealth of info. Plus he is friendly and nice to talk with. That makes Great customer service. He also cares to get the repair done in a timely manner.

Logan was very kind and very friendly. He had the dryer working in no time. I have one problem with the dryer. The barrel does not go around with clothes in it. I put one towel in and that seemed to work slightly, but it definitely appeared to struggle to tumble with a load. Can Logan come out and check this out? That would be great have a nice day Pamela.
