Jim is very knowledgeable and efficient as well as friendly and professional. I felt like he really listened to my concerns and did his best to explain why I was experiencing the issues I was having and what needed to be done to resolve them. I feel like my appliances are in good hands when Jim works on them.

I am not happy with your automated system. We received text to confirm our appointment three time for this call and also for the diagnosis service call. Both time I responded 1 to confirm and kept getting texts telling me that I need to confirm. I waited on 12-2 and 12/12 from 8-5 pm only to be rescheduled. I did my part and you need to fix it at your end. The most frustrating service ever.
