LG stove repair
Michael was friendly, polite, and obviously very knowledgeable. These days I'm impressed when I see a technician that knows how to use diagnostic electronic tools. He was able to get our stove back running without ordering any parts. I was very impressed with the service.

Frank was awesome. He's a straight to business type of guy and that's all we want nowadays. He was able to diagnose just off of hearing the issue occur that something was stuck in our drain pump. He decided to drain the washer and open up the pump and use a magnet to fish whatever was stuck in it out. Did it in a timely fashion as well. Thanks Frank!

John H is an excellent technician. Unfortunately the SEARS system does him no favors. The chatbot and SEARS communication was completely inadequate. Eventually, John H gave me his personal number so we could arrange service efficiently. The AI is complete garbage and does a disservice to your excellent technician.

Richard was on time. After checking our dryer. He checked our washing machine. Some of the noises it was making were just because it is old. He did get it to working and made sure it was safe to use. Also made sure it would drain out water. Very professional and good worker. Answered our questions.
