This servivce was terrible. it took 2 weeks to gert the service man back to complete the repair. The part was received in only 4 days. They said they don't come to my area only once a week. I had to be without my refrigerator for 2 weeks!!!! Therefore I will not be purchasing anything from LG in the future. The service technician was great. The company itself is terrible.
