Our freezer was not keeping our frozen foods items frozen. Salvador diagnosed the problem and fixed it within a couple of hours. There was apparently a water blockage in the water line.

Steve is a one of a kind technician and really knows his stuff! I was very impressed not just by his professionalism but by the care he takes in his work. He even gave me some pointers on how to extend the life of my washer. Not just a great technician but a great human being as well. Sears is lucky to have an employee like this, (Trust me, they are rare), you would do well to do what you can to keep him.

Josh did a wonderful job with my refrigerator repair. He was able to assess the problem, order the part reschedule rescheduled a follow up appointment after the part arrived and fixed the issue right away. He provided a detailed explanation of what caused the issue and how the new part he installed would work.
